The Home Improvement Advisory Service was established in 1993 and started as a Yorkshire based property-care and project management service. We have now grown to be a respected authority within the home improvement and property renovation sector, we specialise in eco-renovation of older homes and green retro-fit upgrades.
Our business is based on establishing long-term relationships with our customers. Our aims are:
- To be a trusted and reputable service for homeowners to use, we only employ reputable Contractors and tradesmen as part of our project team.
- To give reliable and appropriate advice and upto date information to our customers.
- To ensure completed work complies with current building standards, and up to date regulations.
We provide expert help and advice to homeowners who want to renovate, extend, or improve their homes, and increasingly make their homes more energy efficient with “green” upgrades and renewable energy systems.
Our project management service can help any homeowner establish the extent of work required, and manage a team of contractors for any size project, we can deliver a stress free project and at a competitive price.
