Please find attached a couple of pictures of the replacement French Doors installed last week into my mother-in-law's house by your team of installers, as recommended by yourself.
I must say that both my mother-in-law and I have been thoroughly impressed by your service and the entire team; they turned up as arranged, were polite and courteous, and offered advice when asked. They were not at all 'pushy' and when the men came to do the job, did it in a professional manner, efficiently and were extremely tidy.

I am very impressed with this service and your company; I called and spoke to the owner Andrew Spence, and arranged an appointment. He was on time, which is very rare these days, he was very knowledgeable about the project, and very professional and he put us at ease immediately.
He showed us some past projects and gave us references which we telephoned and got raving reviews, we even visited two of their past customers who showed us their project which were of a very high standard. We only waited 3 days for our quotation which was very impressive, easy to understand and detailed, which made it easy to see what you are getting for your money.
