YOUR HOME
We look at existing loft insulation, the efficiency of your current boiler, the way you store hot water, heating controls, fires and radiators, lighting, suitability for cavity insulation, windows, the size and style of your home and other factors.
OUR REPORTS
We provide you with a report, typically 9 to 11 pages in length, which estimates the size of fuel bills for a typical family in your property and shows how much you could save. We will make specific, cost effective recommendations that have a realistic payback period.
When you commission a Thias-Energy Assessment one of our qualified assessors will visit your home and inspect the many aspects of your property that affect your fuel bills.
We’ll estimate your property’s “carbon footprint” - how much CO2 your home produces now and how much you could reduce it by.
Our inspection and survey typically takes from ¾ to 1¼ hours. You’ll receive a bound colour copy of our report within a week and we’re happy to discuss the details with you, and help you implement any recommendations.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If we recommend cavity wall insulation we can provide you with a competitive quotation from one of our approved contractors. but of course you are under no obligation to buy this service from us.
