The Home Condition Report is electronically loaded into the Home Information Pack, for the first time the prospective purchaser will know exactly what condition the property is in prior to making an offer.
The Inspection is a thorough assessment of every element of the building, the level of detail is comprehensive, and highlights defects before the property is placed on the market, this allows for repairs to be undertaken before the marketing process begins.
The report is divided into 8 sections:
A to H, and includes information on the exterior aspects of the building for example,
Section D. Chimneys, Roof coverings, and condition of Window Frames, Guttering etc.
Section E. Internal aspects, ceilings, internal walls, floors, woodwork etc.
Section F. Areas relating to services for example Gas, Electricity, Heating
