All aspects of the thias- HIP, are protected, we work with firms that are Search Code and Hip Code compliant. (PCCB). The component parts are provided by AHIPP member firms, we ensure that all aspects of our service are insured and guaranteed to provide you with total peace of mind. Our in house surveying team are fully insured and registered.

What’s in a Home Information Pack?
HIP’s will include a number of key documents providing important information about a property, some are compulsory, some are optional but recommended. The HIP is assembled prior to putting the home on the market.
